UNICAL courses and cut off mark
the general cut off mark for most courses in UNICAL is 180. you must score 180m or above to be considered for admission in the school.
However, there are some courses that don’t accept 180 scores. You need to score 200 or above for those courses. and those course include:
- law
- nursing
- pharmacy
- mass communication
- etc
how is UNICAL cut off marks calculated?
multiply your post utme by 4, then plus your Jamb score and divide it 2. example, Let’s assume you scored 200 in JAMB and 80 in Post UTME. multiply utme by 4 i.e 8*4 = 320 +200=520/2 =260. It’s this 260 that will be used to process the admission.
