This information is for all members of the public interested in studying abroad on scholarship. The University of Sussex is hereby calling for all suitable qualified candidates for their MBA scholarship which is ongoing at the moment.
About the University
The University of Sussex is a public research-intensive university located in Falmer, East Sussex, England. It lies mostly within the city boundaries of Brighton and Hove. Its large campus site is surrounded by the South Downs National Park, and provides convenient access to central Brighton 5.5 kilometres away.

In the UK, you can usually complete an undergraduate degree in 3 years if you study full time. A master’s degree usually takes 1 year.
This is in contrast to other countries such as the USA, where undergraduate degrees take at least 4 years to complete, and a master’s degree takes 2 years to finish.

London is home to the largest library in the world by the number of items categorised — the British Library has more than 170 million items in its catalogue!
Located close to King’s Cross train station, the British Library is also home to the famous Reading Room, and is a popular place to come for quiet study. So, if your university library doesn’t have something you need, you can almost guarantee the British Library can help you.
About The Scholarship
We offer scholarships ranging from £1,500 to £5,000 to applicants who can demonstrate significant management experience and/or have graduated with a good degree, or other relevant qualification.

Eligibility
To be eligible for this scholarship, you must:
- hold an offer of a place on the Sussex MBA
- have senior management experience and/or good degree results
How to apply
You must apply for admission to the Sussex MBA course via the University’s PG Apply online application system. You can only apply for the MBA scholarships once you have been accepted onto the course.
Applicants who have been offered a place on the MBA programme and feel that they have relevant (senior) management experience and/or good degree results must send an informal expression of interest for the MBA scholarship to mba@sussex.ac.uk once they have been offered a place on the MBA programme. Scholarships will then be determined based on your initial MBA application and the interview.
Once a decision has been reached whether you will be awarded a scholarship you will be notified of the outcome. Should you be offered a scholarship you have to accept/decline the offer within one month. You will not be able to defer the scholarship offer to a different start date.
